Leave the car
The simplest option, and usually the best.
Your car is fine where it is. Leaving it overnight is cheaper, easier and safer than any alternative, and it's what most people in your position do.
The car parks are staffed 24 hours a day and stay open until 16:00 on Monday 31 August. Your car can sit there overnight. Come back for it when you're clear to drive.
Car park opening
Car parks open 16:00 Thursday for early entry ticket holders, and 09:00 Friday for everyone else, through to 16:00 Monday. The car parks are Red, Yellow and Blue, entered via Abbeyleix, Quarry and Molly's Gate.
Check before you travel
The Thursday, Friday and Monday dates need confirming directly with Electric Picnic traffic management, as the published listing has an internal date inconsistency. Also to be confirmed: any charge for leaving a car overnight, and what happens to cars still there after 16:00 Monday.
Note your car park colour and gate before you walk away, and take a photo of the row marker.
